About Us…our story !

It all started when...

I finally convinced my husband Jody that we couldn't go through life without trying our hand at RV'ing.  Now, I had been working on him for 10 years & finally he agreed we should give it a try.  That led to a trip out west in 2015 where we saw lots of people on their ATV's, which in turn led to him buying a Polaris RZR highlifter which in turn led to trail riding which in turn led to us trying to find land in Myrtle Beach, SC to try our hand at operating an ATV park.  I couldn't find the right spot & then we started hearing LOTS of chatter about the Hatfield~McCoy trail systems.  Well, the research began, we knew we wanted to only buy property IF we could be directly on the trail system and so here we are.  Lots of different types of businesses later we are now back into renting to the tourist industry & we are so very excited !  Every single person that my husband & I have met are overwhelmingly kind, neighborly & willing to help in anyway they can.  Now that's hospitality & we aim to show the same to our guests.  Come see us both, we would both love to hear your story too !!!
